At INNOVATIVUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we believe in providing excellent service and a transparent refund and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our process for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Requests made after 24 hours of order placement may not be entertained.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the orders have already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • For services or products with a recurring subscription, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product or service could not be delivered as per the terms agreed.
  • In case of damaged or defective items received, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt. Requests made after 48 hours may not be considered.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for subscription services are prorated based on the remaining duration of the subscription period.

Additional Notes

Refunds for products or services covered by manufacturer warranties will need to be claimed through the manufacturer directly.

Promotional offers, discounts, or gift cards are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in their terms and conditions.

All disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Darya Ganj, Delhi.
